About the role
- Senior Software Developer for GovTech-StartUp in Hamburg, focused on cloud application development. Collaborating with public sector clients to enhance digital administration.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end implementation of features for our products based on Vue3, Nest.js, and MongoDB
- Independent design and implementation of product components in close collaboration with our public sector clients
- Creation of requirement specifications to design architecture and data models that optimally reflect functional requirements
- Development of MVPs and prototypes for client presentations
- Developing, documenting, and enforcing standards for our growing codebase
- Taking technical ownership of a segment of our product portfolio and actively contributing ideas for further development
Requirements
- You are a product-minded full-stack engineer capable of delivering features end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of Vue3, and experience with MongoDB and Nest.js
- Nice-to-have: experience with Figma, software testing, software architecture, GitHub Actions, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, or knowledge of public administration processes
- Several years of experience in software development
- Strong intrinsic motivation to contribute to the digitalization of public administration
- Relevant university degree or vocational qualification with strong credentials, or several years of professional experience
- We also welcome career changers if they can demonstrate strong intrinsic motivation and several years of experience as software developers
