Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and investment analysis
- Make strategic and operational recommendations
- Originate and build a pipeline of opportunities
- Research and develop priority verticals
- Represent the firm at ecosystem events
- Strategic and financial analysis of early-stage startups
- Structure investment memos and support the Investment Committee
- Negotiate terms (term sheets) and liaise with legal teams
- Active portfolio management and monitoring of impact and performance metrics
- Board participation and strategic support for portfolio companies
- Contribute to a value-creation culture that combines positive impact with financial returns
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant Venture Capital experience (minimum 3 years)
- Experience across the investment cycle, which may be partial given the long-term nature of the full cycle (sourcing, analysis, negotiation, monitoring, exit)
- Strong command of financial modeling, early-stage valuation, discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, and unit economics
- Experience with contract analysis, term sheets, and corporate/shareholder agreement aspects
- Structured construction of business cases and investment memos
- Previous experience in CVC, M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or strategy consulting is a plus
- Advanced English
