Responsibilities
UX/UI design for digital learning and web products — design intuitive user interfaces for web applications, learning platforms, and digital products.
Develop responsive websites in Webflow — from structure to final polish.
Build design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency, recognizability, and efficient collaboration.
Conduct user interviews, tests, and analyses; derive optimization opportunities and develop solutions that deliver real value.
Create icons, UI elements, and visual assets that support digital learning content and enhance the usability of our applications.
Develop reusable UX/UI layouts, wireframes, and visual building blocks; generate moodboards, style variants, or graphics with AI tools and integrate professional final deliverables.
Ensure quality assurance and accessibility so that all designs are accessible and comply with brand and corporate design (CI/CD) guidelines.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in UX/UI, web, or digital design, with a focus on Webflow.
You combine aesthetic sensibility with functional thinking and enjoy crafting content that is clear, user-centered, and visually polished.
Excellent knowledge of Webflow and ideally Figma or comparable UX/UI tools, plus confident use of the Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience with prototyping, responsive design, and Atomic Design.
Knowledge of interactions and animations, for example in Webflow, is a welcome plus.
You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way, even on time-sensitive projects.
You enjoy developing scalable UI components, well-documented designs, and systematic layouts.
You like cross-functional collaboration, contribute ideas, and enrich our creative team with your focus on usability.
Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken.
