About the role
- Gestionnaire contentieux managing Legal Affairs for Vaudoise insurance in Lausanne, ensuring compliance and communication with various parties. Supporting agencies and improving collection processes for effective financial management.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from the initiation of debt collection proceedings through to completion
- Establish and maintain various written and telephone contacts with Vaudoise agencies, debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices, courts, and clients
- Analyze financial situations and, where appropriate, grant and negotiate suitable payment plans
- Monitor and process incoming payments related to collections
- Support Vaudoise agencies on all litigation/collections-related issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and collection processes
Requirements
- Federal VET Certificate (CFC) in commercial administration or equivalent
- Excellent written and spoken German and French; Italian is an asset
- Good knowledge of the Swiss Federal Act on Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy (DEBA), with significant experience in this area in Switzerland
- Proficient with common IT tools (MS Office), especially Excel
- Independent and efficient, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Rigorous and structured, well-organised and conscientious
- Curious and versatile, with a strong interest in a variety of tasks
