BOAT Process Expertise: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance throughout solution delivery.
Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of relevant technical experience in enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in HR technology implementations or strong HR functional knowledge (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development).
