Responsibilities
- You capture complex requirements for tool-supported planning of logistics facilities across different trades (e.g., mechanical, electrical, PLC software)
- You identify general problem areas in current processes and workflows through communication with stakeholders
- You take responsibility for defined process areas and the associated tools developed by our team
- You design the architecture of internally used planning tools and actively contribute to implementation as part of the development team
- You aim to quickly and reliably provide solutions when stakeholders encounter urgent issues with the planning tools
- You continuously drive improvements of our shared assets (tools, processes, ways of working, documentation, etc.)
- This includes the definition of activities (development, testing, integration and support instructions) and the coordination of their execution
- As a team player and communicator, you work in a motivated and qualified team in a global environment.
Requirements
- At least several years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing engineering processes, preferably in facility/plant planning
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and the internal team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong programming skills, preferably in C#
- Solid knowledge of computer science concepts and a basic understanding of modern software architectures
- Basic knowledge of databases
- Experience in backend development
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (LEAN) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence is desirable
