Responsibilities
You capture complex requirements for tool-supported planning of logistics facilities across different trades (e.g., mechanical, electrical, PLC software)
You identify general problem areas in current processes and workflows through communication with stakeholders
You take responsibility for defined process areas and the associated tools developed by our team
You design the architecture of internally used planning tools and actively contribute to implementation as part of the development team
You aim to quickly and reliably provide solutions when stakeholders encounter urgent issues with the planning tools
You continuously drive improvements of our shared assets (tools, processes, ways of working, documentation, etc.)
This includes the definition of activities (development, testing, integration and support instructions) and the coordination of their execution
As a team player and communicator, you work in a motivated and qualified team in a global environment.
Requirements
At least several years of professional experience in a relevant field
Experience in analyzing and optimizing engineering processes, preferably in facility/plant planning
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and the internal team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Strong programming skills, preferably in C#
Solid knowledge of computer science concepts and a basic understanding of modern software architectures
Basic knowledge of databases
Experience in backend development
Knowledge of continuous improvement methods (LEAN) is a plus
Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence is desirable
