About the role

Responsibilities
- Strong background in managing supplier performance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement using methodologies such as Six Sigma or similar approaches
- Proficiency with relevant tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Minitab or equivalent), combined with the ability to manage engineering changes and analyze key quality KPIs effectively
- Proven experience overseeing multiple procurement and product development projects as well as a solid understanding of various manufacturing processes and associated risks throughout the product lifecycle
- Ability to create clear documentation, reports, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- 5–8 years of experience in Quality or Supplier Quality Management within electronics; including at least 3 years of hands‑on supplier management (complaints, audits, PPAP, APQP, escalations)
- Strong command of manufacturing processes and quality impacts, supported by experience managing multiple supplier-related development projects and using tools such as SAP or Minitab.
- Fluent verbal and written English skills; German or Finnish proficiency considered an advantage.
