- Reunirte con clientes para levantar perfiles y asesorarlos en su estrategia de talento.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de búsqueda (hunting, LinkedIn, red de contactos, etc.).
- Entrevistar candidatos, evaluar habilidades y redactar informes ejecutivos.
- Presentar shortlists y acompañar al cliente en la toma de decisión.
- Hacer seguimiento a candidatos y garantizar una gran experiencia durante todo el proceso.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales y fortalecer relaciones con clientes actuales.
Requirements
- Experiencia previa en roles comerciales, de relación con clientes o en procesos de selección.
