About the role
- Senior Consultant focusing on Data & AI strategy and transformation projects. Collaborating with CXOs to develop actionable roadmaps and governance structures.
Responsibilities
- You advise our clients on the development and implementation of Data & AI strategies and prioritized roadmaps — from vision to concrete execution.
- You work closely with CXOs and executives, structure complex issues, and derive clear objectives, actions, and decision foundations.
- You identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across the value chain and support their implementation — from design thinking workshops to agile development.
- You develop methods for assessing and measuring the success of AI use cases and support the establishment of scalable AI portfolio management.
- You define functional and technical requirements considering regulatory, organizational, and ethical aspects and support the establishment of sustainable governance structures.
- You design and further develop organizations — including role models, operating models, data architectures, and platform strategies.
- You enable our clients through trainings, workshops, and formats to sustainably expand their Data & AI capabilities.
- You actively contribute to business development and proposal processes and help shape our Data & AI portfolio.
- You actively participate in our internal Data & AI community — with a focus on Data & AI strategy.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, (Digital) Business, Data Science, or a comparable field
- Initial (Consultant) or solid (Senior Consultant) experience in consulting or Data & AI projects — both in strategic contexts and in implementing AI initiatives with a clear business focus
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Data & AI Strategy
- Data & AI Governance
- AI Product Management (e.g., as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Requirements Engineer)
- AI Use Case & Program Management (from ideation through evaluation and prioritization to control and strategic steering of implementation)
- Data & AI Operating Model / Organization
- Understanding of modern AI technologies (GenAI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI) and their business potentials
- Experience in project and stakeholder management, ideally in a top-management environment
- Structured, independent way of working and strong communication skills
- Enjoyment in creating presentations, concepts, and moderating workshops
- Team spirit, hands-on mentality, and the drive to actually implement things — not just design them
- Interest in actively helping to shape and further develop our consulting portfolio
