- Manage their design team’s calendar and processes.
- Organize team communication on an operational level by creating budgets, monthly calendars and seasonal linesheets.

- Closely work with directors on budget, calendar & team management
- Attend relevant benchmark meetings and take detailed notes as directed.
- Create processes and best practices for the design team to increase efficiency.
- Work closely with design to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Assist in sample preparation for Sample Review
- Professionally communicate with cross functional team members in a timely manner to assess daily tasks.
- Problem solve and troubleshoot any issues that arise within the team or bubble up to directors/design manager.
- Onboard new hires, giving them the right tools and training to succeed in the workplace.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
