About the role
- Duales Studium Business Administration combining practical experience with academic learning at BLUME2000 SE. Engaging in multiple departments while studying at the Hamburg School of Business Administration.
Responsibilities
- You will complete a dual study program in Business Administration (Bachelor of Science) with us, combining practical on-the-job experience with an academic degree at the Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA).
- You will rotate through various departments at our corporate headquarters in Norderstedt, from Recruiting and Purchasing to Corporate Responsibility and many more.
- You will support, for example, the recruiting team in selecting new employees, posting job advertisements on different platforms, taking part in interviews for commercial positions, and actively contributing to projects.
- You will assist the purchasing departments in selecting, planning, and procuring cut flowers, potted plants, and non-flower items, and maintain close relationships with our national and international suppliers.
- You will support the development of sustainability concepts for assortment decisions and business processes in the flower trade and actively contribute to BLUME2000’s own beekeeping activities.
- You will quickly take responsibility for your own areas of work and set priorities within your training.
Requirements
- You have a good higher-education entrance qualification (Abitur or Fachhochschulreife) and can demonstrate strong grades, especially in German, English and Mathematics.
- If you do not meet HSBA’s formal admission requirements, you can take the HSBA bachelor entrance examination.
- You enjoy working independently and are ready to take on responsibility.
- You like analyzing numbers.
- You are open-minded, enjoy working in a team and count communication skills among your strengths.
