Responsibilities
- Tax calculation - Calculation of municipal taxes (ISS payable, ISS withheld, INSS withheld, CSRF, IRRF)
- Monthly calculation of direct and indirect taxes
- Tax reporting obligations - Preparation and submission of SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI)
- Service declarations (ISSQN, where applicable) - Reconciliation of submitted filings
- Checks and reconciliations - Tax vs. accounting reconciliations
- Review of tax bases and tax credits
- Support in analyzing discrepancies between XML files, invoices (NFs) and systems
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Excel (basic/intermediate)
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork
- Knowledge of the Tax Reform is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP and Tax One is a plus
