About the role
- Logistics Robotics project head to lead operational design and service enhancement in client engagements. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 無形商材における カスタマーサクセス／アカウントマネージャー／プロジェクトマネージャー いずれかの経験 3年以上
- 複数ステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクト推進経験
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル（クライアントおよび現場対応のため）
- 英語：ビジネスレベル（社内調整・資料作成）
- 現場業務の理解と課題解決思考
- 複雑な要件を整理し、実行推進できる能力
