About the role
- CFO leading finance function in multi-site manufacturing operations with $100M+ in revenue. Responsible for strategic guidance and financial operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of finance, including reporting, FP&A, and KPI management
- Drive performance and operational efficiency
- Provide strategic guidance growth, profitability, capital allocation, and operational initiatives
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization
- Manage banking and lender relationships, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting
- Drive annual operating plans and long-term strategic initiatives
- Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and tax oversight
- Partner cross-functionally to improve cost structure, pricing, and margins
- Oversee manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory control, and capital projects
- Support capital investments, expansion efforts, and operational scaling
- Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team of 10
Requirements
- Prior CFO experience is required
- CPA required
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience required
- Equipment or industrial manufacturing experience required
