Requirements
- Two above-average German state law examinations (Staatsexamina).
- International study experience.
- Relevant professional experience in Corporate / M&A.
- Solid knowledge in Corporate / M&A.
- Independently review and amend straightforward acquisition agreements.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Strong interest in economic and commercial contexts.
- Ability to work in a team and pursue shared success.
