Responsibilities
- Advising public contracting authorities and private companies on public procurement law
- Involvement in complex procurement and negotiation proceedings
- Support on SPNV (regional passenger rail transport) contracts and concession awards
- Independently taking on subprojects and working closely within the team
Requirements
- Two above-average German state law examinations (First and Second State Exams)
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Professional experience in public economic law/public procurement law
