About the role

Responsibilities
- 멀티모달 임베딩 모델의 대규모 분산 학습 파이프라인을 설계하고 최적화합니다.
- 프로덕션 환경에서 임베딩 모델의 추론(Inference) 성능을 최적화합니다 (처리량, 지연시간, 비용 효율).
- 벡터 검색 시스템 및 임베딩 서빙 인프라를 설계하고 구축합니다.
- 연구 결과가 빠르게 프로덕션으로 전환될 수 있도록 모델 개발-트레이닝-서빙 전반의 ML 파이프라인을 개선하고 자동화합니다.
- 데이터 필터링, 평가 메트릭 설계 등 Applied Research 문제를 해결하여 모델 품질과 사용자 경험을 개선합니다.
- Claude, Gemini 등 AI 기반 개발 도구를 적극적으로 활용하여 개발 생산성을 높이는 방법을 탐구하고 실험합니다.
- Research, Product, Infrastructure 팀과 긴밀히 협업하며, 모델이 실제 고객에게 전달되기까지의 End-to-End 과정에 오너십을 가집니다.
Requirements
- 컴퓨터 비전, 자연어 처리, 또는 멀티모달 학습 분야의 연구 또는 개발 경험이 있으신 분
- Python, PyTorch에 능숙하고, 대규모 분산 학습 환경에서 모델 트레이닝 경험이 있으신 분
- 임베딩 모델, contrastive learning, 또는 representation learning에 대한 이해가 있으신 분
- ML 모델을 프로덕션 환경에서 안정적으로 배포하고 서빙한 경험이 있으신 분
- 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 실험하고 학습하며 문제를 해결하는 것을 즐기시는 분
