About the role
- Bilanz-Buchhalter:in at TRUST Treuhand- und Steuerberatung GmbH managing clients' accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accurate monthly and annual financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage our clients in all accounting matters
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Assist with tax returns
- Monitor clients' monthly bookkeeping, including digitization of the accounting organization in our RZL accounting system
- Organize digital document transfer
- Expert assessment of ongoing business transactions and adaptation of digital workflows
- Receive and process clients' digital documents and import data (camt53 bank files)
- Advise our clients on building their digital accounting systems
Requirements
- Completed commercial education with a focus on accounting (apprenticeship / HAK / HLW / HBLA)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Solid experience with accounting software (ideally RZL)
- Confident user of MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Independent and responsible working style
