About the role

Responsibilities
- provide enterprise-level focus across all portfolios originated and held by business units
- conduct ad-hoc analyses on target asset portfolios
- analyze loan portfolios and new production
- leverage historical data to inform forward-looking views of risks and returns
- engage with business units and conduct reviews and analyses of BU capital usage
- contribute to developing and continually enhancing risk-adjusted profitability framework
- conduct TSR analyses of certain corporate actions
- prepare high quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Requirements
- 7 or more years of financial services, banking, and/or management consulting trajectory
- experience with wholesale and/or consumer balance sheet products in a credit, pricing, underwriting, structuring or finance role
- conversant in banking balance sheet products and related concepts
- demonstrated experience in one or more banking product measurement and management systems
- knowledge of theoretical and practical accounting and finance concepts and techniques
- working knowledge of standard bank regulatory metrics under Basel framework
- experience in financial modeling
- mastery of Excel and advanced data tools
- understanding and basic experience implementing ad hoc scripts with Python or SQL a plus
- strong critical thinking skills
