About the role
- Full Stack Engineer developing scalable solutions across the stack for an ecommerce intelligence platform. Collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities and performance.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Platform team on project-based initiatives that span the entire product and support multiple engineering teams
- Design, build, and maintain shared systems, services, and tooling that improve scalability, reliability, and developer velocity
- Develop end-to-end solutions across the stack, from backend services and APIs to frontend components when needed
- Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and application teams to identify platform needs and deliver high-impact solutions
- Improve platform architecture, performance, and technical health through refactoring, better abstractions, and thoughtful system design
- Support a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and problems are solved iteratively and pragmatically
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, working across frontend and backend systems
- Ability to work from our Jerusalem office (located in the Central Bus Station next to the train) 2 times a week (Monday & Wednesday) is required
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React)
- Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies
- Experience with NoSQL technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore, Elasticsearch)
- Experience working with microservices and distributed systems
- Comfort operating in a cloud environment (GCP experience is a strong plus)
- Strong working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
