Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Senior IT Recruiter or in a similar role
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Telco domain
- High ownership, accountability, and decision-making capability
- Excellent attention to detail when managing candidates, documentation, and ATS data
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Working experience with international markets / clients
- Native Spanish and Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools and ATS systems
- Experience in employer branding initiatives or recruitment marketing
