Your responsibilities: In this exciting role you will combine Sales, Influencer Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
Attract influencers and content creators and increase our reach with engaging content.
Find and approach influencers: You’ll discover top influencers on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and persuade them to collaborate with us.
Maintain relationships: Build strong relationships with influencers and make sure everyone is satisfied.
Develop creative campaigns: Come up with compelling ideas for how influencers can promote us in their stories and posts.
Negotiate contracts: Ensure contractual details are clear and take care of the paperwork.
Monitor performance: Analyze how well our partnerships are performing and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create viral content: Produce standout TikToks, Instagram Reels and other videos that really pop.
Design graphics: Use tools like Canva to create attractive designs that showcase our brand.
Develop content strategies: Plan and implement strategies to increase our reach and visibility.
Manage social media: Oversee our social channels and ideally grow them — the more followers, the better!
Analyze performance: Review how our content is received and continuously optimize it.
Requirements
Experience in Sales or Influencer Marketing: You have already gained initial experience working with influencers or in sales.
Content creation skills: You are skilled at producing TikToks and Instagram posts and are familiar with graphic tools (such as Canva and InShot).
Creativity and a sense for trends: You know what’s currently popular and can translate trends into your content.
Strong communication skills: You can communicate persuasively and charmingly, both in writing and on the phone.
Social media know-how: You understand how social platforms work and how to use them for influencer marketing.
Ideally existing contacts or followers: You may already have contacts in the influencer scene or your own follower base.
Self‑motivation and enjoyment of networking: You work independently and love meeting new people.
