Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned.
The Co-Op program offers hands-on experience in areas of software engineering which is supported by a technology and business development curriculum, an assigned co-op manager, and technical mentors.
The four-month experience will provide first-hand opportunities for interns to apply what they have conceptually learned in academia in a real-world setting.
You will not only be able to gain a deeper understanding of what you can do in technology but also who we are as a company and how you fit within our Technology community.
You will receive a combination of hands-on experience, access to a technology curriculum, as well as mentoring program.
You will have the opportunity to interact and network with many levels of leadership and management.
Work together with fellow interns to develop and present solutions to relevant business and technology topics.
Requirements
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred
Obtained or pursuing a technology or business-related undergraduate degree with technology minor; or a graduate degree with a technology minor
Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future
Exposure to Object-oriented programming (OOP) in one major language.
Skillsets desired include: Strong track record of taking ownership and responsibility for actions and outcomes, performance, and results.
Demonstrated aptitude in identifying current or future problems or opportunities, analyzing data, synthesizing and comparing information to understand issues, identifying cause/effect relationships and exploring alternative solutions to support sound decision making.
