Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in electrical distribution engineering
- Strong understanding of grid operations, system protection, electrical equipment performance monitoring and data analytics
- Demonstrated experience working directly with electrical distribution companies and/or electrical distribution equipment manufacturers
- A keen interest in and understanding of data analytics technologies and their application to industrial or infrastructure domains
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, including mentoring and developing technical teams
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, statistics software, and techniques (e.g., Python, R, SQL, machine learning concepts) would be a plus
