Requirements
- A hands-on engineering leader with experience across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and security.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experienced in delivering enterprise-scale software solutions and driving platform and architecture initiatives.
- Strong ability to identify inefficiencies, solve delivery blockers, and optimise development practices.
- Skilled at balancing strategic oversight with technical depth.
- Experienced with key platforms including Salesforce, and ideally Banner, Canvas, or Sitecore.
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure) and/or DevOps tooling knowledge highly regarded.
