About the role
- SharePoint/Power BI Developer working with IT professionals to streamline business processes for government clients. Collaborating on development and maintenance of customized Power Apps solutions and Power BI dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Customization of DoD365 to meet business requirements.
- Requires expertise with SharePoint Online site administration and page/list/library creation.
- Requires strong knowledge and hands-on experience building Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, and Power BI for creating dashboards and analytics.
- Building and managing solutions in SharePoint to customize the user interface (UI), while using SharePoint as the framework for managing pages and content.
- Managing the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of business solutions.
- Documenting, testing, and demonstrating solutions to government clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and five (5) or more year of experience; or additional experience in lieu of a degree.
- Currently possess an Active Top Secret clearance
- Must possess a Sec+ or other relevant IAT LvII Certification
- Ability to architect technical solutions including detailed written documentation.
- Graphical design and technical skills required to customize SharePoint Online functionality and UI.
- Experience configuring and tailoring SharePoint Online sites/lists/libraries to serve business needs.
- Demonstrated expertise building dynamic and complex Power Apps and Power Automate Flows.
- Demonstrated expertise using Power BI to build dashboards and data analytics.
- Skilled using Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and flexible with shifting priorities.
- Ethical and hard-working; able to perform with minimal supervision.
- Experience integrating different data sources into SharePoint including the use of Power Platform connectors.
- Experience with Agile and iterative software development methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
