Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the execution of financial planning and budgeting activities, as well as contracting and procurement, monitoring budgeted vs. actual, forecasts, provisions, and performing routines in support systems and managing supplier contracting and payment processes to ensure proper financial and operational control.
Support the management of the supplier payment process (Capex and Opex);
Validate invoices based on purchase orders;
Control purchase order balances;
Create, supplement and approve purchase orders (BOQ, RC and FS);
Monitor the payment process for the department's invoices;
Prepare and analyze routing and control reports;
Develop controls focused on improving the invoicing process;
Assist in conducting financial analyses (Physical Execution vs. Financial Execution) and cost-reduction studies;
Collect information for monthly provision control and for the area's budget management.
Requirements
Higher education, in progress or completed, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
Knowledge of SAP;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Experience in financial planning and in controlling payment routines.
