About the role
- Machine Learning Engineer programming AI solutions and coordinating internal project activities for TIM. Focus on developing and implementing machine learning models and enhancing AI architectures in cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for programming and "teaching" machines and robots to apply artificial intelligence principles and cognitive solutions.
- Also plays a key role in supporting activities related to access network deployment, ensuring compliance with SLAs, processes and requirements, and effective coordination between internal stakeholders and business partners (vendors).
- Responsible for designing and developing Machine Learning models;
- Design and evolve architectural models for AI/ML products;
- Create reusable AI assets;
- Conduct Machine Learning experiments for continuous model improvement;
- Define AI and Machine Learning algorithms to solve corporate problems;
- Analyze data to extract business-relevant insights;
- Provide technical leadership for AI solution deployments in cloud environments (Azure and GCP);
- Monitor and report the status of AI projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer, Software, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications) or Information Systems;
- Desirable knowledge in designing and implementing pipelines (AWS, Azure and GCP);
- Desirable experience with frameworks such as Kedro, MLflow, Airflow, among others;
- Proficiency in Python;
- Knowledge of cognitive services;
- Knowledge of project management using agile methodologies;
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence applications;
- Experience curating virtual assistants;
- Knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP and Azure);
- Knowledge of NLP, RNNs and Transformers;
- Experience with integrations and building APIs and ETL pipelines;
- Experience developing Machine Learning models (ML).
