Responsibilities
- Act as a customer-facing technical architect mainly in industrial and commercial industry, translating business goals into actionable solutions
- Advise on Microsoft cloud adoption, data strategies, and integration of IT/OT and IoT platforms
- Lead workshops and technical discussions to identify opportunities for automation and AI
- Contribute to solution delivery and troubleshooting in customer environments
- Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise and architectural guidance
- Stay current with emerging technologies and share insights with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft cloud and data platforms
- Solid understanding of ERP, supply chain, and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with IT/OT integration and IoT solutions
- Ability to apply architecture frameworks to drive transformation
- Person who is customer curious, trusted advisor who can engage proactively and independently with customers
- Fluent in Finnish and English; excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
