Responsibilities
- Preparation and continuous development of monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Analysis of plan vs. actual variances and preparation of recommendations for management
- Participation in forecasts, budget planning and long-term financial planning
- Preparation of management reports and decision-making documentation
- Analysis and structuring of financial data from ERP systems
- Development and implementation of reporting structures and Excel models
- Support in optimizing reporting and finance processes
- Close collaboration with international Finance and Business stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Several years of experience in controlling, FP&A, financial reporting or accounting
- Excellent Excel skills and a passion for working with data
- Experience with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central or SAP)
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, P&L and balance sheet
- Analytical and structured working style
- Excellent English skills
- (Bonus) Experience in consumer products, retail or e-commerce
- (Bonus) Experience in an international company
- (Bonus) Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
