About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing operations of Theodo's Finance function
- Prepare and review monthly billing/invoicing
- Monitor and optimize accounts receivable through collections
- Participate in monthly closes by preparing margin-based revenue figures
- Produce monthly revenue analyses
- Track and update financial KPIs
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses for company leadership as needed
- Automate and improve the team's processes
- Drive time savings and quality improvements across your areas of responsibility
Requirements
- You hold a degree from a top-tier engineering school
- You have prior experience in Finance
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders
- You have a strong interest in financial flows, enjoy automating processes, and want to transform how Finance is done
- You are highly proficient with Google Sheets and Excel
- Coding skills are a real plus
- You hold yourself and others to high standards; you want to grow, challenge, and be challenged
