Responsibilities
Serve as the key interface and liaison between the business sponsor, clients, and technology partners
Lead a team of individual contributors to document the accuracy and comprehensiveness of business requirements
Provide vision and strategy to the team
Make decisions on the appropriateness of business requirements
Provide decision guidance for submitted projects and determine appropriate next steps
Manage all BPO team responsibilities, including staff training and development
Develop, coach, and grow the team while maintaining accountability and service delivery
Collaborate with the Director on reporting to leadership and defining team goals
Mitigate escalations/concerns/issues on behalf of the team
Participate in project-specific requirements extraction and guide technical support.
Requirements
High School Diploma required
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
8 plus years of experience implementing contemporary process improvement methodologies in an operations environment, preferably in the PBM or Pharmacy industry
Ability to perform data analysis and summarize findings; ability to use data to support proposals of potential solutions preferred
Strong focus on customer service preferred
Ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines required
Excellent PC skills within a Microsoft Office environment required.
