Responsibilities
- Advise project teams to ensure the compliance of technologies and products
- Allocate activities and roles among the team members
- Drive activities and support the team's skills development
- Ensure proper application of processes within the team and RCP
- Analyze equipment bills of materials (BOMs) with support from tools such as Palma, SAP, etc.
- Prepare CECCs for equipment and update Palma and the associated classifications
- Prepare export license applications for purchased products
- Track Purchase and Management export licenses in the ERP (SAP/GTS)
- Manage needs and schedule awareness and training sessions
- Identify gaps and raise alerts in case of major issues or malfunctions
Requirements
- Master's degree or engineering degree (Bac+5 equivalent)
- Current experience in Bid and Project roles (Bid Manager, Project Manager, PMO), Procurement/Buyer, Development Engineer or IVVQ
- Good technical understanding
- Good written and spoken English
- Rigour, ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills
