- The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and validating lead and customer data within our systems.
- Conduct targeted online research to expand prospect lists and ensure high-quality, reliable data that supports sales, marketing, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Enter new leads into Salesforce from provided lists with a high level of accuracy and review.
- Conduct general online research, adding new leads to Salesforce as well as identifying duplicate records, and enriching leads with additional relevant information.
- Assist in the development, improvement, and implementation of research methodologies and procedures.
- Compile data from multiple sources for evaluation and analysis.
