About the role
- Junior Project Consultant supporting project management teams in enhancing processes and governance structures within a multidisciplinary firm. Work is hybrid with flexibility for family commitments.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en administration, en gestion de projet ou domaine pertinent
- De **2 à 6 ans d’expérience** dans :
- projets d’optimisation des processus et outils en gestion de projet
- mise en œuvre de structure de gouvernance et de pilotage
- ou développement des compétences en gestion de projet
- Expérience dans des entreprises d’envergure comparable (construction, ingénierie ou énergie – un atout)
- Connaissances et qualités
- Bonne compréhension des meilleures pratiques en gestion de projet
- Capacité d’analyse et rigueur
- Bonne communication
- Esprit collaboratif
- Capacité d’apprentissage rapide
