About the role

- Ensure timely procurement of service materials
- Responsible for the ordering/disposition of relevant items according to requirements, including demand and inventory planning
- Monitor delivery dates, manage dunning/reminder processes and review order confirmations
- Support optimization of processes and procurement activities
- Prepare product and quotation requests, including comparison of offers
- Prepare and conduct price negotiations
- Verify incoming invoices
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally several years of professional experience in procurement/purchasing
- Technical and commercial understanding as well as negotiation skills
- Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
- Good written and spoken English
