About the role
- Finance Assistant handling escrow administration and assist in accounts management at techUK. Responsible for maintaining financial records and supporting the Finance Team with financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the escrow administration for techUK.
- Assist the Finance Team in maintaining the accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
- Maintain accurate data on CRM and excel workbook.
- Send quotes for annual renewals.
- Process escrow monthly renewals on CRM.
- Raise and issue sales invoices and credit notes.
- Posting daily cash and credit card receipts and reconcile.
- Maintain accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable ledger.
- Send reminders for purchase invoices, expenses and credit card approvals.
- Complete weekly bank reconciliations.
Requirements
- AAT qualified
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proven experience of working in a similar role
- Basic excel skills
- Knowledge of Business Central accounting package (desired)
- Experience of both accounts receivable and accounts payable (desired)
