About the role
- Technical Service Data Analyst focused on managing, monitoring, and analyzing data for Technogym. Driving service excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of data and KPIs currently used in the Technical Service area to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support on-field Kaizen sessions across EU and non-EU Subsidiaries to streamline current processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders at both HQ and subsidiary level.
- Deliver training sessions to colleagues in our Subsidiaries to increase service excellence.
- Contribute to defining and implementing performance improvement plans and monitor their progress through recurrent meetings
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field with a strong quantitative component.
- 1-2 years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar) or in a Technical Service/After Sales role with significant exposure to data analysis.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and IT Tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- English proficiency (minimum level B2 CEFR).
- Availability for international business trips.
- Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
- Good teamworking and listening skills.
