Responsibilities
- Prospect farmers and farm operators through existing clients, cooperatives, agricultural schools and digital campaigns
- Assess the urban planning, agricultural and economic feasibility of projects in collaboration with internal teams (planning department, engineering office and innovation unit)
- Initiate, propose and refine projects with farmers during on-site meetings
- Coordinate preliminary technical studies with engineers
- Negotiate and formalize agreements with landowners
- Build trusting, long-term partnerships with signatories
- Prepare, present and support building permit applications in collaboration with Technique Solaire’s planning department
- Contribute to preparing bids for the Commission de Régulation de l'Énergie (French Energy Regulatory Commission)
- Maintain strong relationships with farm operators, administrative authorities and cooperatives
