Responsibilities
- Attract, acquire, and retain High Net Worth clients through renewals, internal referrals, and strategic external opportunities.
- Build and underwrite complex, high-value HNW policies.
- Serve as senior escalation point for complex client matters.
- Participate in annual client reviews and renewal discussions.
- Hold the highest binding authority within the HNW advisor group.
- Review and approve policies outside advisor binding authority.
- Ensure underwriting integrity, pricing discipline, and compliance alignment.
- Partner with HNW inspectors and risk stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach HNW advisors.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of specialists.
- Assign clients based on experience and complexity.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Support development of HNW strategy and product evolution.
- Represent TD Insurance with clients and partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years High Net Worth Personal Lines insurance experience
- Active insurance license in good standing
- Deep underwriting expertise across complex assets
- Proven HNW client acquisition and retention capability
- Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and risk discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
