Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software development with a focus on processes, quality, and security

- Experience in technical team leadership and concept creation - You can independently develop, document, and communicate complex technical concepts
- Solid understanding of Secure Development - from threat modeling to secure implementation
- Knowledge of test automation and CI/CD - You live "Testing first" and automated deployments
- Basic frontend knowledge (Vue/React) desirable - for understanding the entire application landscape
- Strong communication skills in German and English - for successful coordination of international teams
