About the role

• Creative Automation Engineer focused on automating marketing creatives for Taxfix, enhancing efficiency and brand consistency. Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to streamline processes and outputs.

Responsibilities

• Build the systems that scale high-performing, brand-consistent marketing creatives across YouTube/CTV/Linear, UAC, Meta, TikTok, CRM, and web.
• Automate production and operations flows within the Creative Studio and the Growth and Brand team.
• Increase creative efficiency by partnering with the Creative Team, automating non-creative production aspects.
• Contribute to performance uplift and brand consistency by creating an automation pipeline that produces fast, reliable, on-spec outputs.

Requirements

• Experience with local-run AI setups and governance models for tool approval.
• Familiarity with LoRA/fine-tuning workflows and production impacts (quality, consistency, rights, compute constraints).
• Hands on AI experience with Figma, Notion, Jira and N8N.
• Experience building creative QA pipelines (automated spec checks, metadata validation, export automation).
• Experience improving creative measurement infrastructure (taxonomy, dashboards, decision loops).
