Responsibilities

• Pioneering work with GenAI projects: Work closely with our Data Scientists and Engineers to form a strong team that develops end-to-end generative AI applications and drives innovative solutions.
• Integration and utilization of GenAI: Integrate and orchestrate services from cutting-edge AI infrastructures into a resilient backend — from data sources to the user interface.
• Scalable cloud architectures: Develop scalable software and infrastructure that accelerate AI adoption for our clients and ensure long-term success.
• Consulting & workshops: Deliver real value by advising and supporting our clients from concept through to production rollout.
• Stay up to date: Keep pace with the latest AI technologies together with us and apply them directly in projects.

Requirements

• Completed degree, vocational training, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries for API development (FastAPI, Pydantic), as well as AI-specific frameworks and tools.
• Initial experience in developing RAG infrastructures (LLMs, embeddings & vector databases) in an Azure context (or equivalent).
• Some experience with CI/CD workflows and Infrastructure as Code in a cloud environment.
• Very good German language skills and the ability to present complex topics clearly and understandably.
