Responsibilities
Project control: Coordination and control of structural and design project work – you ensure the timely, qualitative, economical and contract-compliant preparation of execution documents for the client.
Interface management: Organization and coordination of planners, specialist engineers, authorities and client-side institutions involved in the project from concept design through execution planning.
Quality control & optimization: Technical review and assessment of design and execution plans in the overall context of the construction measure, with particular attention to potential optimization opportunities.
Process reliability: Ensuring the completeness and verifiability of execution documents as a coherent whole for the approval process.
Change management: Managing and controlling planning changes and identifying and structuring complex planning interfaces.
Contract management: Handling contract-related correspondence (planning services) as well as preparing, implementing and administering engineering contracts.
Requirements
Completed degree in civil engineering with relevant professional experience in structural/engineering construction
Extensive experience in producing verifiable execution documents and solid knowledge of regulatory and technical standards (especially ZTV-ING)
Experience in the execution, planning or control of complex construction projects
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1 level)
Willingness to travel occasionally across Germany.
