About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the team to enhance and maintain the frontend foundations that support all our key products.
- Work together with the product owner, designers, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements and UX concepts into high-quality frontend solutions.
- Provide technical frontend expertise during the design phase of new products and features, focusing on usability, performance, and accessibility.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
- Take responsibility for testing, rollout, and go-live of product increments.
- Contribute to and help evolve frontend development standards, including automated testing and build pipelines.
- Work with a DevOps mindset, collaborating on CI/CD pipelines for reliable frontend deployments.
Requirements
- Solid experience working as a frontend developer in a product-driven environment.
- Experience building modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of modern frontend architectures, state management, and component-based design.
- Good understanding of web architectures, as well as communication with OAuth2-based authentication methods.
- Experience consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs and collaborating closely with backend developers.
- Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern styling approaches (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
- Experience with frontend testing tools and common testing approaches (e.g., Cypress, component testing, end-to-end testing).
- Structured way of working, ability to contribute to technical decisions within your area, clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (at least B2); German is a plus.
