- Drive consistency and adopt standardized solutions where they fit
- Fault finding and performance issues support to operational support teams
- Solution design impact assessment in terms of risk, capacity and cost impact
Requirements
- Proficient in architecting solutions across disparate technologies
- Proven experience in designing and/or building highly scalable and resilient core payment systems
- Knowledge of various UK and International schemes like FPS, BACS , CHAPS, Target2, SEPA and SWIFT
- Experience in systems integration projects that involve open-source technologies and implementation utilizing cloud based computing and APIs
- Knowledge and experience of Cyber threats, Information Security or Fraud
- Expertise in technology domains within payments: DevOps, API, Analytics, Cloud adoption and Process Automation
- Expertise in Service Orientated Architecture design principles and/or Cloud based solutions
- Experience in developing Target Operating Models, capability models and transition architectures
