About the role

• Dados Analyst developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL for CNP - People solutions. Driving data analyses and strategic recommendations across various business areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic dashboards and reports using Power BI, Metabase, and SQL, ensuring performance, governance, and information reliability;
• Build and refine deep analyses for Finance, Operations, and Commercial areas, identifying opportunities, risks, and patterns relevant to the business;
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries, including data modeling, CTEs, indexes, and high-performance queries;
• Develop, maintain, and monitor ETL processes, ensuring data integrity, timeliness, and traceability across the analytics pipeline;
• Support database administration by monitoring usage, performance, schema, and best practices;
• Automate routines and pipelines using Python and Linux, including data processing, integrations, and scheduling;
• Support strategic business studies such as financial analyses, operational efficiency, logistics costs, order behavior, and performance metrics;
• Act as a bridge between data and strategy, presenting clear diagnostics and recommendations to guide high-impact decisions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Data or BI Analyst;
• Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, extraction, modeling, and optimization);
• Experience with ETL processes and pipeline organization;
• Experience with databases such as MySQL or similar;
• Working knowledge of Python for automation and data manipulation;
• Familiarity with Linux/command line, scheduling, and automation;
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking;
