Contribute to market presence through job adverts, salary guides, short market reports, and attendance at insurance and actuarial events.
Requirements
Strong experience in recruiting in the actuarial, insurance, or financial services market
Knowledge of pricing, reserving, capital modelling, risk, or data science markets is preferred
Proven business development track record with a network across carriers, MGAs, insurtechs, and actuarial consulting firms in the US
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with a consultative and problem-solving approach
