About the role
- Construction Compliance Coordinator ensuring safety compliance for Edward Don projects. Responsible for vendor setup, documentation, and collaboration with various departments on compliance matters.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall compliance needs for projects
- Involved in all aspects of safety compliance documentation for Edward Don and their sub-tiers and vendors
- Assist with vendor setup, project lien releases, public works compliance, OCIP/CCIP Enrollments, insurance certificates
- Working directly with Contract Department, Project Managers, General Contractors and sub-contractors, and Purchasing Department.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years’ experience in commercial construction
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
- Problem solving capabilities
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of prevailing wage laws for Oregon, Washington and California.
