About the role

• AI Engineer implementing AI solutions integrating services like Azure AI at Symplifyr. Collaborating with technical and business teams on practical, robust AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions in client contexts, integrating services such as Azure AI and other AI agent platforms.
• Support the analysis of business needs, collaborating with consultants and technical teams to define AI-based solutions.
• Adapt and configure existing AI models and services to address concrete use cases (process automation, classification, extraction, analysis, decision support).
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and client applications (via APIs, cloud services and automation tools).
• Support the creation and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring data quality, availability and traceability.
• Contribute to testing and validation of implemented solutions, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Document technical solutions and support knowledge transfer to client teams and internal teams.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (consulting, engineering, product), ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
• Keep up with trends and best practices in Artificial Intelligence, contributing to the evolution of the company’s service offering.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or related fields
• Experience integrating AI models across multiple platforms, including Azure AI.
• Ability to analyze and select AI models with the best cost-effectiveness, considering scalability, performance and application context
• Advanced knowledge of Python, R, SQL and machine learning tools
• Experience with various AI platforms and cognitive services.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
• Autonomous profile, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and teach
• Enjoys the consultant role: solving problems, listening to clients, proposing improvements
